1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, customised, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.
If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Incorrect or different from the item ordered
The return request must be raised within *48 hours of delivery*.
For a return request, customers may be required to provide clear photographs and/or an unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product immediately upon delivery.
1. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying materials must be retained.
* The product must not have been altered, resized, repaired, worn, or damaged after delivery.
* The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
Banno by Kiran reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement or refund.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:
* Customised or specially made jewellery
* Personalised orders
* Products altered or resized at the customer’s request
* Products that have been worn, used, damaged, modified, or repaired after delivery
* Products returned without their original packaging or accompanying materials
* Change-of-mind purchases, unless specifically approved by Banno by Kiran
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within *48 hours of delivery*.
Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs and/or an unedited unboxing video when contacting us.
Once the product is inspected and the issue is verified, Banno by Kiran may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.
1. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
Shipping or other charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Banno by Kiran.
1. Exchange
An exchange may be offered at the sole discretion of Banno by Kiran, subject to product availability and inspection.
Customised or personalised pieces may not be eligible for exchange.

Products purchased during special offers, promotional sales, or discounted campaigns may be subject to additional terms. Please check the terms of the relevant offer before placing your order.
1. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Banno by Kiran will provide appropriate instructions regarding the return shipment.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
